Personally updating you via KBI Compliance Alert! when benefit changes in the law are made.    We do not “leave it up to you” to determine actions to be taken by reading a general article in our newsletter.  We send a personalized notification letter to you, which includes a hard copy of necessary forms/notices, and we also make available the same information on diskette or via email if needed.

Producing and distributing KBI Industry News monthly.  We will inform you in our newsletter about the latest news in the benefits world.  These monthly publications will help you to remain informed about current events;

Updating your Plan Document(s) when needed;

Updating your Summary Plan Description(s) when needed;

Creating a Summary of Material Modifications when needed;

Preparing your annual health and welfare form 5500s to satisfy ERISA reporting requirements of the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service. If either agency sends you inquiries about past or current filings, we will help you draft responses and work with the agencies to get the problems resolved quickly; and

Preparing annually a sample Summary Annual Report for employee distribution.
We distribute a monthly newsletter and, for items very important and requiring action, we send our clients the KBI Compliance Alert! These Alerts tell you exactly what to do and how and when it should be done to gain compliance with a new law or ruling. If documents or notices are required because of the change, they are provided with the letter.
